Member Meetings

Member meetings take place on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm. Meetings are held at Central Bank in Eldon during winter months and at the Arena during warmer months. For meetings at the Central bank, please enter on the back side of the building. Meetings are open to the public and generally last about an hour.

Entry fees are per horse/rider combo. If multiple riders share horse, each will need to pay separate entries. If one rider has multiple horses, they will be charged for each horse as well.

Other Information

A negative Coggins is required for every horse.


​All pets must be on a leash. IF YOU HAVE A DOG THAT BARKS OR CHASES HORSES IT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AT THE FAIRGROUNDS.  You will be asked to leave if this is an issue.
